My friend got me a $50 gift card from Amazon yesterday. I asked her what it's for and she told me it's an early birthday present. I was overwhelmed! It was really sweet of her to remember my birthday when in fact it's still six weeks away. She is indeed a friend for keeps! Not because she's giving me presents and stuff but she's really different because she would always call me and ask me how I'm doing. Unlike my other friends here who would only keep in touch when they need something. You can't call that a real friend, right?

Anyway, I still haven't decided what to get with my gift card. I might grab a bestseller at Amazon books. And if there's still more credit left then I will buy an educational DVD for my little boy. I'm getting tired of Barney. It's time I introduce my little boy to a new buddy.
