My brother is the kind of guy who loves to wear blings. That's why when I saw these men's rings, he was the first person that popped into my mind. Though sometimes I think he wears too much but that's his style and there's nothing that I can do about it. Aside from rings, necklace and bracelets, my bro also loves to collect designer watches. It's a very expensive hobby but it makes him happy then so be it.

My husband gifted me with a netbook two years ago but I rarely use it because it's not as "high powered" as my desktop computer. And you know me, I'm one of those people who uses the computer heavily. Because aside from browsing the internet and doing my online work, I am also into digital scrapbooking and photo editing. And I also love playing online games! That's why I'm thinking of selling my netbook and use the money as down payment for a brand new custom laptop. I'm not sure if the husband will agree with me but I hope he will because I need a backup just in case my desktop computer will die on me.

I love going to trade fairs. It's a great venue to discover new products and services. Plus it's a good exercise because you need to walk around to check out the different booths and see what they have to offer. Another thing that I love about trade fairs is the hype and energy. It seems like everyone is busy and excited. Participants even put up eye-catching cardboard displays to attract customers. It's really amazing how they organize events such as this. I can only imagine the work they have to put on just to make it a success.    

My friend J and I are the exact opposites. We are different in so many ways I don't  even understand why our friendship lasted this long. But I'm happy she's still around though and I hope she also feels the same way about me. Right J? (Yup, she reads my blog all the time!) LOL! Well, anyway, the reason I brought up the topic about J is because she called me earlier today asking me if I have any idea about the best weight gain supplements sold in the market. See? Here I am scouring the universe looking for that miracle pill that will help me lose all the excess fats in my body... but here she comes asking me about gaining weight. Opposites indeed!

... again! It sounds crazy I know because we just moved into our new apartment three months ago but we've decided (yup, it's mutual) to move to the lower ground. We live on the 3rd floor right now and although our apartment has a very nice view and it's very spacious (3 beds and 2 baths), what we can't take is the climbing up and down the stairs! It's especially hard when we do our weekly grocery. Hubby has to make a lot of trips just to bring all the grocery bags on the top floor. So when we were notified that a ground floor unit was available, we immediately grabbed it. So folks, you won't be hearing from me starting this afternoon until Sunday. Our internet connection is scheduled to be transferred on Monday so that means I won't be online the days prior to that. Oki doki? See ya!    

I had my annual OB checkup last week and I took the opportunity to ask my OB a couple of questions concerning our future plans for baby number two. I asked him if it is still possible for me to give birth naturally even after giving birth via C-Section the first time. The answer was yes! Dr. L told me that I have an 80% success rate since the C-section was done only because the baby was a footling breech and not because of any other serious complications. The only risk though is a ruptured uterus. But it is very unlikely to happen since my reproductive organs are perfectly healthy. Well, I'm not yet 100% sure if I will do it naturally this time around. I'll decide about it when baby no. 2 is already conceived. Hehe! But for now, I'll keep my OB's advice which is to drink folic acid or any kind of pre natal vitamins months before we try for baby no. 2. :)

I don't know if it is good news or not but I got it anyway. LOL! I wasn't planning of getting another credit card but the lady at the checkout counter was so convincing, I just found myself filling out the form and voila - I got approved right away! Now I have three credit cards, two of which are from my favorite stores. Well, I just hope I won't be tempted to max them out this Black Friday or else I will be in BIG trouble!
