I’m really quite concerned over my auntie right now. She has grown really big, and seems to be getting out of control with her weight. She expressed that she’s too scared of trying some weight loss programs because of unsuccessful stories from her colleagues. But her immobile routine keeps her from losing some of her bodily load.  When she desperately called for my help to look some nice formal outfits that would fit her on a friend’s wedding, that’s the time she has thought of looking for diet pills that work. It was a wake up call for her. But I will make sure that she realizes the importance of exercise and meal monitoring and control that can possibly help her loss the excess pounds.

Up and down, up and down…this is what has been happening in my weight loss journey. It never reached a point of consistency. Promises of long term results were just mere words from those whom I have trusted my weight loss plan with. Now more determined to find a product that has a long –standing effect, I want to try on phenphedrine. This is also because I fully comprehend that while I earnestly want an enduring result, I can also practice being safe and secure with the reliable ingredients that pack the said product.

We did our weekly shopping this afternoon and while I was waiting for my turn at the checkout counter, I couldn't help but notice the headlines of the magazines that was on display. Almost all of them talked about losing weight. Pres. Obama is even on the cover in one of the magazines because he lost around 30 pounds. I don't know if he took some weight loss pills or he's just too stressed out from running the entire nation but whatever it is, skinny doesn't look good on him. I also saw pictures of Hollywood celebrities on the cover and their weight loss is just amazing! How I wish I can do the same.

As some of you know, I have been trying to lose weight in the last couple of months. I've already lost a few pounds but with the rate I'm going, I think it will take me two years to reach my ideal weight. That's why I'm looking into more diet solutions right now. I've already given up soda and the next thing I would try is to get rid of pork in my diet and use tofu as an alternative. And instead of snacking on junk foods, I will now eat fruits especially those with natural fat burning properties. I'm also planning to add more routines to my workout plan because I feel like I'm not really sweating that much. My friend also told me about this best weight loss pill but that would be my last resort if all else fails.

When it comes to diet pills, I'm always the skeptical one. That's why when my friend told me to try apidexin, I didn't jump in right away. I browsed the web and looked for apidexin reviews. Although almost all of the reviews I read are positive, some have mentioned that the pill made them queasy right after taking it. That's the part I'm scared of. I don't know how my body will react with the pill. But I wouldn't know if I don't try, right? Now I'm confusing myself. LOL!

Comfort eating is the term used to describe eating for emotional reasons, in an attempt to 'feel better'. It has become such a common phenomenon that we regard it as perfectly normal. ~ Body Balance

Do you ever feel like pigging out every time you feel sad, upset, angry, stressed or anxious? If you do, then you're most likely a comfort eater. I, myself, is guilty of this phenomenon that's why I've been avoiding the scales lately. I don't want to find out how much weight I gained in the past few weeks because the more it will upset me. LOL! Kidding aside, there are steps that you can take to break this unhealthy habit. One is to identify your triggers so you can avoid it. Another one is to distract yourself by calling a friend or taking a walk.

There are plenty of tips and advices available online on how to overcome comfort eating. Just be resourceful
