I didn't have the chance to sit down and read the contents but I know it's all about adult acne and how it can be treated using all-natural products that's readily available at home. I don't know if you ever heard of this but some people actually use toothpaste to treat their acne. Some claim it works, some say it doesn't. So to prove this contention, I tried this kind of acne treatment one time. I applied a teeny bit of toothpaste on my zit (just enough to cover it) overnight and when I woke up in the morning, it was still there. Although my acne didn't go away, I think it helped a little because I noticed a "teeny" difference in size. But I am not totally sure if it was because of the toothpaste.

Anyway, it's really up to you if you want to try this kind of treatment. Just remember though that there are risks involved. It can irritate your skin but it's your call so do whatever you think is best for you.
