I was looking at the furniture sets at this discount furniture stores in los angeles website and I can't help but drool! Their prices are way lower than the ones I saw here in Utah. I would have saved hundreds of dollars if I bought the furniture for our new townhome from their store but unfortunately they don't do deliveries here in Utah. But no need to fret because even if I can't enjoy the savings, my aunt in Carson will! She's doing major renovations on her home right now and she will definitely need new furniture sets so I am going to tell her about this amazingly cheap furniture store I found online. ;)

_I thought it was a bit strange to receive a lapel pins custom as a Christmas gift. But not until I have heard my father’s stories about that precious gift he gave me.  The said pin came a long way before it came to me.  The heart design was one of a kind because it was one of my grandparents symbol of love to each other. I just feel so proud to be chosen in our generation to keep that wonderful pin.

_The wavepool was a blast. I and my daughter, together with my high school buddies and their kids enjoyed the latest attraction of our city two nights ago. I never thought that a wavepool would that be fun but indeed it one of the unforgettable events before the end of this year. What I like about the place is about its safety. The pool barriers were visible and really enough to keep everybody safe.

She's one lucky girl! And I'm referring to my friend's daughter. Would you believe it, she's getting $300 cold cash this Christmas!? Man I'd clean the whole house for the whole week if that's the only way I can get that much amount from my very own Santa. LOL! And just because I'm nosy (and jealous), I even asked the daughter what she's getting with her money and she said she's using some of it to upgrade her phone to htc sense and the rest she will spend on a new pair of Toms and some new clothes. Dang, she's lucky! Oh.. I already said that right? ;)

Busy Week! 12/08/2011
 
Christmas is almost upon us and guess what --- our tree isn't up yet! Well actually, there isn't a single Christmas decor in our house yet. I was meaning to do it last weekend but something came up and I never got around to doing it. I'll just ask the husband to do it for me instead because I'm not available this weekend. It's a very busy month at work and all employees were mandated to work overtime this coming Saturday and Sunday. Sigh! Anyways, aside from putting up the Christmas decors, our house needs some cleaning too so I might call a professional cleaner like this carpet cleaning holly springs nc and a maid service to do the work for us. There's no way I can do all of this before the holidays so might as well pay someone to at least lighten up my pending chores. :)

It's already late but I can't sleep! I guess I got too excited about the baby news and I think I'm having the baby fever again. Paging hubby... when are we going to start making baby no. 2? Haha! Oh well, with my new job and our new townhome, it's best to wait a little longer. We need to get settled first in our new home and then I also need time to adjust in my new job. When all of that is accomplished then we can start planning for baby no. 2. At least that will also give us ample time to save up for this pricey baby jogger city mini gt that I want for the next baby.

My friend just posted an update on his Facebook and he said he already checked in his wife in a hospital in Idaho. And any minute from now, their firstborn will be out! Weee! I'm so excited for them! If only Idaho is near, I would definitely drive there and help out in passing the Dutch Master once Baby Boy Smith is out. But since it's a 2-hour drive from here, all I can do right now is pray for the mom to have a safe and speedy delivery and for the baby to come out healthy.
